Then you defend your decisions to a Meridian examiner in a 15-minute live Audience. The people who report to you may be people or AI systems; the failures, and the checks, are the same.
What it claims: The holder directed the human and algorithmic instrumentalities of a simulated community association for a recorded week, was scored against its ground truth, and defended their decisions before a Meridian examiner.
Exam: Realm Exercise (~75 min, online, no proctoring software) + written defense (~20 min) + Audience (15 min live). Pass: exercise ≥ 70% and Audience pass. Valid 3 years.
